Welcome to Alder, a boutique hair studio born in 2021 – small in size, but fierce in spirit! At Alder, we view hair as a canvas for artistic expression, and our dedicated team of stylists is committed to ensuring you enjoy a positive and tranquil experience. Our vibe? Think lush greenery, laid-back tunes, and seriously good hair days.
Why Alder, you ask? Well, we draw inspiration from the alder tree. Symbolizing strength, protection, determination, and confidence, the alder tree embodies powerful traits that resonate with us. For us, the alder reminds us that change is beautiful and transformation is possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that all our clients have the opportunity to book appointments, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a late cancellation fee of 50% of your booked services will apply.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the time allocated for your service, or in some cases, reschedule your appointment.

If you repeatedly cancel or fail to show up for appointments, we may require a deposit for future bookings or decline to schedule future appointments.​

SALON ENVIRONMENT
At Alder, we strive to maintain a relaxing and safe environment for all of our guests. For the comfort and safety of everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy regarding children in the salon:

We do not allow children to be left unattended in the salon. Plerase do not bring children to your appointment. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the salon. We kindly request that parents or guardians supervise children closely to avoid disruption to the services being provided. Our salon contains tools and equipment that could pose a safety hazard to children if not properly supervised. We ask for your cooperation in keeping your child safe and comfortable.​
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all of our clients.
